Mrs. Olabisi A. Adekola obtained her Ordinary National Diploma and Higher Diploma in Business Administration from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro between 1988 – 1994, where she took the Departmental Prize for the Best Student for both OND and HND. She also holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University and is an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management. Mrs. Adekola qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant in 2002.

Mrs. Adekola started her working career with Nigerian Hoechst Plc in 1990 and moved to SCOA Nigeria Plc in 1991 for her Industrial Attachment. She performed her National Service with Shamsudeen Secondary School in 1995 and then worked with Computer Advantages Ltd as a Customer Service Officer in 1996. Her career began in African Alliance Insurance Company Ltd in 1997 as an Assistance Superintendent in Finance Department where she worked for six years and was given the Best Staff of the year 2000. She is presently the Controller and Head of the Internal Control Department.

Olabisi has participated actively in Product Development and related projects in African Alliance including the computerization of the accounting and insurance packages and other software used by the Company.
