Ngozi is a graduate of Chemistry from the University of Jos (1996), and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management (2006). She has varied experience spanning over twelve years in Personnel Management, Administration, Corporate Governance and Corporate Affairs. She is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
